Our team loves nothing more than meeting our customers face-to-face.  as we make our 7-day delivery runs we  are greeted with smiles, kind words, and — more often than not — a quick photo! Many customers are so thrilled with their new mattress that they happily pose for a snap to celebrate the arrival of their new mattress or bed.

Tina gives a double thumbs up as her new mattress and bed base arrive, but it's no surprise really, as she ordered the Ultimate 10,000 Pocket Spring Alpaca wool, cashmere, silk and cotton mattress in its luxurious Belgian natural cotton covering!

To be honest, whilst they look good online, in the flesh, they are outstanding. I made a great saving too, this mattress was just around a thousand pounds, looking at store prices, I must have saved at least a thousand if not more!'

I spoke with Steve before ordering, and he said he would deliver me the finest organic mattress I would ever sleep on - he did.  He said he would deliver it next week after ordering - he did. He said it would save me money buying direct from the factory - I did.  It was all very simple throughout, and I have the finest 100% organic, natural mattress to sleep on every night. It's exceptionally comfortable and of the highest quality, I certainly made the right choice.'

Kathy takes delivery of her second mattress, this time for the guest room. Kathy already sleeps on the Ultra 6000 Organic Mattress, but chooses the Organic 2000 for the guest room.

Antonia says on delivery: ' Do you know what? - This is good old-fashioned service, you don't get much of that these days in this modern world. I found the website, I discovered my mattresses, and I called before ordering as I wanted a Thursday delivery. I actually spoke to Steve, who booked my delivery slot, and yes, they were delivered as promised. It was so old-fashioned, I said to my husband,' I hope it's not a scam,' as you just don't get this personal service anymore - but clearly you do at Natural Matts - it's superb!'
